Remake of the game "Battle City" from Nintendo (Known as Dendy).

The purpose of game to destroy all tanks of the opponent,
protecting the staff, in the given game staff is meant
as a warehouse of an ammunition.

THE LICENSE AGREEMENT

The given game "THANCHIKI" is free-of-charge (freeware).
This implies, that the author does not bear(carry) the responsibility
for what or possible(probable) caused harm by the program the given
game you use at own risk!!!

At mass distribution of game on what or carriers of the information,
or in the Internet, the sanction of the author of game to such
distribution is necessary, it is enough send the letter (E-Mail of
the address you can to find on a home page of the author

of a place (for example site) and kind (CD, Internet etc.)
distribution and to wait for the sanction or failure.

FUNCTION KEYS

The editor of maps:

1 : Drawing of ground
2 : Drawing of water
3 : Drawing of walls
4 : Drawing of steel

F1 : To clear a map
F2 : To save a map
F3 : To load a map
F4 : To play (do not forget before it save a map!)

The left button of the mouse : To draw by the chosen type(1,2,3,4).

Management of the tank:

Up : Movement upwards (first player)
Down : Movement downwards (first player)
Left : Movement to the left (first player)
Right : Movement to the right (first player)
Space : To shoot (first player)

R : Movement upwards (second player)
F : Movement downwards (second player)
D : Movement to the left (second player)
G : Movement to the right (second player)
~ : To shoot (second player)

Pause : Pause :o)

Esc : Exit in the initial menu of game

At a set of lines in adjustments of game at a spelling of names
of the players and in the editor of maps use alphanumeric keys,
and as keys:

Delete : To clear a line
[<-] Backspace : To remove last symbol

At creation of a map of a level, before the beginning of game do not
forget to save it on a disk, differently it will be lost!!!

Bomb - Destruction of all tanks of the opponent
The ship - Passage on water
Tape of shells - Reduction time of shooting (3 levels)
 a shell - Increase of speed of a shell on 1/3
Shell - Increase power of a shell,  (3 levels)
Board - Increase armor (3 levels)
Lightning - Increase of speed of the tank in 2 times.

The tanks of the opponent as take prizes!

ADJUSTMENT of GAME

File of adjustments : Tanks.ini

Section [HARDWARE]

BitPerPixel(15_16_24_32)
Word length of colour of a point, by default 16.
For optimum speed it is recommended to put values 16 or 32
(32 at videomemory 2 and more than mbyte).
At values 15 and 24 games work more slowly.

SoundFrequencyHz(11025_22050_44100)
Frequency of a sound, by default 44100.
It is recommended 44100, if the machine weak, is recommended 22050.

SoundChannel(1-Mono_2-Stereo)
Mono or stereo sounding, by default 2 (stereo).
To increase speed as it is possible having put value 1 (Mono).

SoundBufferSize
The size of the buffer for a sound mixer, by default 2048.
Is selected depending on quality  of a sound and quantity
of channels. At frequency 44100 in stereo mode, the value 2048 will
be optimum, but you can experiment in the party of reduction, thus it
will be required less memory.
If at reduction the sound is audible deformed, add the size up to
that value, while the sound is not becomes normal to sound.
At the too large value there is a strong delay of a sound, and to
play begins not conveniently!

Section [LANGUAGE]
Here you can translate game to other languages, or simply write
the names of items.

It is possible to create copies of a file Tanks.ini, for example
files Tanks(english).ini and Tanks(russian).ini enter into game,
then in dependence with what language to you is necessary,
replace by them a file Tanks.ini.
What will restore default values  a file Tanks.ini thus game
in Russian and after an exit from game anew will be created Tanks.ini
with adjustments by default.
